COMES NOW Melissa L. Goldsmith, PRETRIAL SERVICES OFFICER, presenting an

official report upon the conduct of defendant Guy Neighbors, who was placed under pretrial
release supervision by the Honorable David J. Waxse sitting in the Court at Kansas City, Kansas,
on June 25, 2007, under the following conditions:

1. The defendant shall not commit any offense in violation of federal, state or local law
while on release in this case.

Respectfully presenting petition for action of Court and for cause as follows:

1. Mr. Neighbors was arrested and charged in U.S. District Court in the District of Kansas
for the offense of Tampering with a Witness, Victim, or an Informant, which occurred on
August 8, 2008.

and he be brought before the court to show cause why his bond should not be revoked.
