Benchmark: Future Exhibit: Strengths and Weaknesses Analysis

My strengths include my strong leadership and organizational abilities, my passion for my convictions, my friendliness and my intelligence. My strong leadership has been tested and proven many times in the past through my leadership of the Hanover-Horton High School Debate Club and the Hanover-Horton High School Gay-Straight Alliance. These have also proven that I am willing and able to effectively organize groups and lead them to success. My leadership of the GSA also shows my willingness to take a stand for my convictions even in the face of controversy. I am also intelligent, which aids me in my endeavors as a leader.

My weaknesses include my procrastination, detail-oriented personality, tendency to get overinvested in my projects, tendency to be less outspoken when with new groups, and tendency to be particularly opinionated. My procrastination, however, helps me to work well under pressure. My detail-oriented personality shows dedication, as does my investment in my projects. My tendency to be less outspoken to new groups shows open-mindedness, and my opinionated personality displays conviction.
