/he 6uestion is not +hether +omen ha-e the ri'ht to bodi!# inte'rit#, as this ri'ht is a!read# there under 1rtic!e.(1 o the Indian 0onstitution, +hich 'uarantees the ri'ht to !i e and !ibert# to both men and +omen.
