Benitez St. Corner Malvar St., Malate, Manila JOB TITLE: Project: Location: Salary Grade : Qualifications PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER II Sustainable Livelihood Program 1 slot Oriental Mindoro 1 slot Romblon 1 slot - Marinduque SG 15 P24,887.00 Education: Bachelors degree preferably in Management, Entrepreneurship, Development Studies, Community Development, Social Sciences or any related course to the above mentioned Training: At least 4 hours relevant training in project management, social entrepreneurship, business plan development, business operations, and/or strategy development and implementation Experience: At least one year experience in development-related projects involving community facilitating, community microenterprises, capability building activities, and monitoring and technical assistance Skills: Computer literate with intermediate knowledge on MS Office applications, capable of writing technical reports with moderate guidance, and with knowledge on accounting, statistics, and project management Functions 1. Conducts environmental study of the existing socio-economic profile of the target municipalities/provinces; 2. Coordinates and collaborates with LGU partners and other stakeholders in the implementation of Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP); 3. Orients potential beneficiaries, assists in the screening, validates eligibility and assists in the organization of Self Employment Association-Kaunlaran (SEA-K) groups and association; 4. Conducts of Basic Business Management Training (BBMT) to the beneficiaries; 5. Reviews, assess and evaluates the feasibility of the project/loan proposal of the beneficiaries for seed capital; 6. Prepares and submits mother proposal for fund release; 7. Validates the utilization of loan fund; 8. Attends training, evaluation and conferences regarding the implementation of the program; 9. Provides technical assistance to individual/family/group/association regarding the operation of the SEA-K projects during meetings, consultation dialogue, conferences and project visits; 10. Monitors and evaluates projects regularly once a week for the first two (2) months and twice a month thereafter to ensure sustainability of the project and repayment of loan; 11. Prepares regular and periodic reports required of the program; 12. Performs other tasks as may be required by the supervisors and/ or Directors. MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER II Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program Manila SG 15 PhP 24,887.00 Graduate of B.S. Social Work, Community Development or other closely related social science courses with at least 1 year of relevant experience on o project management particularly monitoring and evaluation o development and application of M&E systems and tools research development on social protection programs Proficient in the use of database applications for, Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Excel and Access for data management and analysis Strong skills on technical writing and research Willing to undergo a one week on-job-training prior to the effectivity of the contract Willing to travel to MIMAROPA provinces Ready to report for work on February 17, 2014 1. Consolidate and prepare Quarterly, Semestral and Annual Regional Accomplishment Report; 2. Draft Regional Annual Thrusts and Priorities based on the National Thrusts and Priorities; 3.
