VOTING - Running for maximum of 2 positions seems to be the consensus - Appointed positions will not be elected unless other interested people are running - Next UPSA date: November 12, 2013 - Put school ID on the voting ticket - Voting for first years will occur right after their History class on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at 10:50 AM - Box will then go to Janets office and open for collecting votes till Friday, November 8, 2013 - Total number of ballots will be in the announcement of election results - Individuals can run for a two positions; statements must be written for each respective position - December 3, 2013 will be a transition meeting FUNDRAISING UPDATE - Great job on the fundraiser! - We made approximately $120 - Luis will deposit money later APA REPORT - OCAPA Holiday party will occur on December 4th; announcements to come - Holiday party will likely cost $10 for students - It is a great opportunity for networking! CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH TOUR - Please contact Mike to RSVP quickly - Date is Wednesday, November 13th at 10 AM SPORTS TEAM - Kai is working on the game organization MENTORSHIP - Program is underway
