In Illustrator:

Get image from internet or other source and import into Illustrator
Ensure background is transparent
Use Image Trace/Live Trace to create a path of the image
Expand Path
File > Save As
o Ensure File Type is set to .svg

In TinkerCAD:

Create or Open a design

Choose Import in the Top-Right corner
Select file, thickness and scale
Click Import
