Hi, my name is Molly Seely. Im currently at the Truman school in New Haven which is where Im recording this.

Im originally from Boston, Ma, but we moved to romwell, t when I was !" and I have com#leted all of my education since then in T including all of my undergrad and grad wor$. I currently live with my mother and father and all of our #ets which is %uite a few between the tree of us. I wor$ with my mother at the Truman school. She teaches fourth grade, I am the librarian as well as IT and networ$ security. &or #leasure reading Im currently between boo$s, I dont have any o#en at the moment. &or any of you guys who too$ I'S(!! last semester, you could #robably sym#athi)e* that was some hefty, hefty reading. I went through the entire list we were given at the start of the semester. So, my brain is un+melting at the moment. But when I start reading for #leasure again this wee$end I #lan on starting off with House of Hades because my students will #robably $ill me if I dont catch u# with them because they really want to tal$ about it with me. Ive ta$en the ,ardeners multi#le intelligences test several times so none of the results were really shoc$ing to me. By a landslide, naturalist came in number one. If you ever meet me, you will understand why. My library is done u# entirely in a forest+y theme. There are trees everywhere, little cut+outs of woodland creatures, I have stuffed woodland creatures in my office, my can #robably see my two rabbits behind me. I -ust really li$e being out in nature and our school #uts a huge em#hasis on ecology and ecosystems, so Ive been trying to build that u# in my library, connecting it to ommon ore and the curriculum. .e currently have an ant farm were wor$ing on, a sunflower garden, and I was ho#ing to do this this year, but its #robably going to get #ushed bac$ to ne/t year, but were going to be creating a frog and gu##y habitat. &or second and third #lace for the ,ardener test, I had intra#ersonal and visual+ s#atial tied. Intra#ersonal + not shoc$ing at all, though its no longer as ahead of the others as it was. Im becoming a much more sociable, outgoing #erson than$s to a lot of the different organi)ations Ive been getting involved in and Ive always been a visual+ s#atial learner. My father is a tradesman, so I #robably get that from him. 0 great boo$ I would li$e to recommend is Gooseberry Park its #robably meant for second1third graders, but its always, always, always been one of my favorites. It was #robably the first cha#ter boo$ I read. If you li$e animals, youll en-oy it. I loo$ forward to wor$ing with you all this semester and I ho#e this semester goes a lot more smoothly for me than last semester did. Than$ you2 34.S.
