and garlic *marinade overnight *air dry in fridge for 1 hour before use to take away the liquid that froms whil e marinating (won't be crispy if this isn't done). *FLOURING -all-purpose flour(?), salt , cayenne pepper , pepper , paprika ,granulated onio n & garlic . - Combine all those and mix them well - Dip the chicken pieces in the powder mixture. *DOUBLE-DIP **Wet dip -Consists of salt , water , eggs , white pepper -Mix them all and whisk away * And now dip them in the flour again (process done for extra crispiness). *FRYING Cast iron skillet about 5 quart size 1.5 quarts canola oil Bring it to 375K (has a thermometer attached to the skillet). Cook at 325K Fry fo 12 - 15 mins Flip midway Beautiful golden crust
