    Notice the sharp and flats, or minor notes, of the lower chakras and the major notes are from the heart upward. I also found it appropriate that the crown chakra, which is the closest connection to our higher self, was tuned to the A=432. The above frequencies were verified by Tibetan chakra bowls handmade and played by monks.
