2009 and 16Ih September, 2009, on the subject mentioned above and to say that in partial
I modification of the order dated 16'" September, 2009, para l(4) may be read as under:-

"The experience prescribed for the post of Professors [Para 1 (iv) (211 i.e. 'a
minimum of 10 years' experience' may be read as 'a minimum of 10 years' experience a
which at least 4 years should be at the level of Associate ~ r o f e s s o rin -11~s. I I ~
