Position Overview
Reporting the VP Marketing, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predeter ine ti elines and budgets! "uilding and anaging project tea s, reporting to the Project #ponsor, and ensuring $ualit% control throughout project life c%cles are central to this position!
Responsibilities
Manage project develop ent fro initiation to closure!
"e accountable for project results along with project sponsor! &ork with project sponsor and stakeholders to co plete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, re$uired resources, budget, and ti ing! 'o plete work breakdown structure to esti ate effort re$uired for each task! Provide a project schedule to identif% when each task will be perfor ed! 'learl% co (ct as a unicate expectations to tea e bers and stakeholders! e bers!
Resolve an% issues and solve proble s throughout project life c%cle! )ffectivel% anage project scope b% ensuring an% changes to scope are docu ented and approved with project change re$uest for s! Deter ine if external consultants or contractors will be re$uired to co plete project plan! *f re$uired, recruit and +rack and report on project ,ead, coach, and anage appropriate staffing resources! ilestones and provide status reports to sponsor! e bers on a proactive basis!
