The ergonomically, stable sheet steel construction and the robust material support

The TIG BRUSH SYSTEM has solved the access and burn through problems of hard
electrodes, by replacing them with a brush. The unique brush design provides fast,
high quality results even in the most inaccessible areas.

Instant results
The even distribution of current going into the workpiece, plus the greater amount of
cleaning solution held in the brush gives a faster and higher quality result. Work can
be cleaned while the customer waits.
Cleans all plate thicknesses
Variable power adjustment gives the TIG Brush the unique ability to clean welds
not only on thin gauges, but on materials of all thicknesses. Works on all grades of
stainless steel and even brightens brass and copper.
Environmentally Friendly
The TIG Brush activates a very mild solution to get a faster, more thorough and
gentler clean. Low voltage power minimises the risk of injury to operator and damage
to work piece or other equipment.
No Special Cleanup Required
After a weld has been “TIG Brushed” it is rinsed with water. No harsh chemicals need
to be dispersed of with expensive and slow procedures.
Soft Brush
The soft and conductive bristles hold the solution and conform to any shape. The
brush works equally well on flat surfaces, in tricky corners and deep crevices.
Portable and Compact
Smallest machine of its type. The TIG Brush is designed to go where needed,
including remote work sites. Long leads and a light brush handle give unparalleled
