16/12/12 Your professional development plan is somewhat extensive as you have utilised the full help sheet. While the completion of your PDP and skills audit qualifies you for the Merit level in the assignment criteria, I do think that you should reconsider some of your options for targets as they will impact on your ability to complete the next task. A target such as Successfully complete my music BTEC may not be realistic or attainable for within the time table of this Assignment and the next task. Grading criteria for M2 met.

28-02-13 Im not certain by your entry of which of your target you are monitoring or what exactly you have learnt and how it affects your current progress towards your goals. Please really consider re-doing your targets set in Task 2. Apart from doing that you must keep referring to whatever you wrote and address only those targets.

06/06/13 Referring to your presentation to me and your classmates I am now clear on your analysis of your own progress towards targets set in Task 2.. By recognizing the unlikelyhood of your Sequencing Targets in the given time frame and choosing to focus on the Technical skills which you have upgraded through your work with professor Powell in Unit 7 you have indeed met the grading criteria for P3.
