BRONCO CONCRETE NEUTRALIZER

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: A solution to be mixed with water to neutralize lime activity in new exterior and interior masonry surfaces. It is a superior surface conditioner which helps improves adhesion and paint durability as well. SUITABLE FOR: New Concrete APPLICATION: Apply with brush or roller until surface is fully wet. Then, wash off with clean water and allow to dry overnight. Lightly sand surface to remove white residue. Let concrete dry at least overnight before applying paint. It is highly recommended to apply 1 to 2 coats Bronco Concrete Primer Sealer to seal pores. Let dry for 2 to 3 hours. Apply wall putty if required. Apply 2-3 coats of Bronco Elastomeric Paint or any water based paint. COVERAGE: 20 sq. m. / gallon of mixture depending on porosity of surfaces. SIZES AVAILABLE: 1 Liter & 4 Liters REDUCTION: Mix 1 part Concrete Neutralizer in 20 parts water. PRECAUTION: SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS: May cause eye and skin irritation. Harmful if swallowed. Exposure to mist, vapors or fumes should be minimized. PERSONAL PROTECTION: When applying paint, it is advisable to wear safety glasses, long sleeves and gloves. Use adequate respirators as inhalation of mist may produce respiratory irritation. VENTILATION: Keep containers tightly covered. Ensure good ventilation or use local exhaust if needed to control mist vapors. HANDLING: During application of paint, do not eat, drink or smoke. Always wear personal protection. Wash thoroughly after handling. STORAGE: Keep container closed when not in use. Store in a well ventilated room and avoid direct sunlight exposure. Empty product containers may contain product residue, avoid reusing of empty containers for other purposes. Container remains hazardous when empty. Continue to observe all precautions.
