OBJECTIVE

I intend to use my advertising degree to make a positive impact on the world around me by working with companies to display positive messages within advertisements. When I begin my career out of college I would like to start in the field of copywriting. Eventually, I would like to be a creative director at an advertising agency. I understand that achieving my goals will require hard work, perseverance, and selfmotivation.

PROJECTS

The Dog Jog 5K Advertising Coordinator January 2013-April 2013 The Dog Jog was a 5k run/walk organized by the Secular Student Alliance and Central Volunteer Center to raise money for the Marion County Humane Society. The event took place on the campus of Central College on April 20, 2013. We raised over $200 for the shelter. My responsibilities included designing all advertising for the event (posters, images for the Facebook event, and t-shirts for the event) and posting the ads around campus and the city of Pella.
