4.1. PENENTUAN CRITICAL CLEARING TIME SETIAP BUS

4.1.1 KASUS I : Kondisi Normal WBP Malam (01 Maret 2007)

4.1.1.1. BUS BAKARU

Jika t erj adi gangguan hubung singkat 3 fasa pada bus Bakaru

dengan line t ransmisi Bakaru#1 ke Bakaru 150kV yang lepas untuk

menghilangkan gangguan t ersebut , maka dari simulasi diperoleh

waktu crit ical clearing t ime sebesar 200 ms. Response sudut rot or

untuk lama gangguan 200 ms dapat dilihat pada gambar berikut :

Pada pola operasi pembebanan kondisi WBP malam (1 Maret 2007),

unit pembangkit sekt or Bakaru#1 membangkit kan daya sebesar 62.5 MW.

Ket ika pembangkit ini di lepaskan dari syst em, sehingga sist em kekurangan

daya sebesar 62.5 MW. Terlihat bahwa frekuensi turun sebesar 0.25% dari nilai

nominal (50 HZ) at au t urun pada frekuensi 49.875 Hz, kemudian naik kembali

pada 0.129% dari nilai nominal at au pada frekuensi 49.993 Hz. Perubahan

frekuensi akibat hilangnya unit pembangkit Bakaru#1 sebesar 62.5 MW dapat

dilihat pada gambar berikut :
