For all campers/staff entering K-12 or college in the next school year or 5 yrs or older. 2nd MMR or single Measles vaccine, at least 4 weeks after 1st dose. Lab. evidence of immunity is acceptable.

Booster dose of Td/TdaP required for campers/staff entering grades 7-10 or 12-15 yrs old, or more than 5 yrs since last dose. Entering grades 11-12 or 16-17 yrs old, a booster dose required if more than 10 yrs since last dose.

Hepatitis B

For children born after 1/1992. Lab. Evidence of immunity acceptable.

H1N1 Flu Vaccine

1 recommended Children 9 yrs of age and younger should get 2 doses a month apart.
