Self-Evaluation

Your teacher will grade your project when you give your practice presentation in class. The Senior Service Learning Project Self-Evaluation is one of the most important aspects of the project process. You will write a reflective essay addressing the questions below. Make sure you put time and serious reflection into this step. Your teacher and evaluation board will examine this piece with other submissions in your e-portfolio. 1. Describe your project.- My project is a clothing bank for people that have low income and/or homeless. 2. Explain how you used your time on this project describing: estimated total hours - 30 hours different phases/steps of project - Set up, help out, and put up. time involved with each phase/step - Set up - 1 Hour, Help 2 Hours, Put up 1 hour project start and completion dates 3. Describe which materials, resources, and funds you used. None 4. Write about which individuals and/or organizations you contacted who helped you successfully complete this project. - I help Forest Hill Baptist Church with their clothing bank. 5.. Explain whether or not you have ever completed a project like this before. I wont because my mother
had M.S.(Multiple Sclerosis) and i help her out after school. 6. Explain why or why not you would recommend this type of project for future seniors.- I

would recommend this type of project to anyone looking for something to do to benefit the community. 7. Describe two personal learning experiences you encountered while completing this project. 1) I learn how many people in the world that need clothes. 2) Helping other people out was a learning in its self. 8. Describe the most important skill you acquired during the process of the physical project.how to take care of clothes. 9. Explain what advice you would give to future seniors completing their senior projects.- Do something you love. It is much better to do it that way. 10. In specific detail, describe how the project has stretched you emotionally, intellectually, and/or physically. - Physically put the tubs of clothes out and up and tiring, Intellectually i learn how to help others and emotionally i dont have much.

11. Explain how you feel your project would compare to other similar projects. - Compare about the same level of helping the community that any other project. 12. Describe what problems you encountered and how you handled them. - I didnt really face any problems. 13. Explain in what ways your project is original and creative. - Original not, Creative maybe, it was free to come and get clothes. 14. Explain what you would do differently if given the opportunity to redo the project. - None 15. Explain and justify what grade you would give yourself on this project. - A+
