This source is about how electromagnetic interference is produced by cell phones which effect the human body by leading to cancer. The study investigated the possible effects of EMI when the cell phone rings and is activated. Most cell phones when they are ringing produce a signal that can reach up to six feet. In order to avoid these radio signals is by turning off the cell phone. By doing this you reduce the long-term effects of gliomas, auditory tumors, and salivary tumors on the side of a person's head. I believe that it is important for you to not use your cell phone in certain cases. For example if you do not have much signal then the phone is putting out stronger signals so that it can find more service for it to be used. So in order to avoid all these signals passing through your head then you should call people on speaker or only put the phone to your ear when you have a good amount of service. This means the phone does not have to try as hard to find signal so then it won't affect the human body as much. This article is relevant to my project because it states all of the problems that can happen from cell phones. Also the article talks about how these problems occur due to the cell phone putting out all of the electromagnetic signals. I believe that this is a credible source due to the data that was collected and included in the article. Also the article has many references that they got their information from. Other ways that I can tell the source is credible is that it was published by an actual publisher which means it is not something that some random people put on the internet just to see if people would read it and believe what they wrote. Also since the article was referenced by the Universities Library page which only gives good sources out to the students. Since the library visit it has been clear to me what I need to look for in my research and how to find credible sources through the Universities library webpage. I also know what is a good question to ask and what question is just something that will be answered quickly and easily.
