What were the risks and benefits of the nursing action or intervention tested in the study? V. Results of the study -discuss briefly the result of the study. If it has been replicated, are the findings similar in a variety of situation? VI. Authors conclusion or recommendation (quote what the author says) 1. What contribution to clients health status does the nursing action or intervention make? 2. What over all contribution to nursing knowledge does the study make? VII. Applicability 1. Does the study provide a direct enough answer to your clinical question in terms of type of patients intervention and outcome? 2. Is it feasible to carry out the nursing action in the real world?
