BALANCE is our focus this week with a few other throwing skills!

Stepping over 2,5, 8, 10, 14 poles, & then jump over with 2 feet leaving and landing together. Stepping on & across the balance buckets. Keep one row close together & stretch the other set apart...always trying to step across reciprocally (one foot on each). Work on underhand toss of beanbag animals to netstand on circle, or challenge their balance & stand on half-ball & toss underhand. Step UP & Jump down various height benches. Work on jumping forward both feet together, holding their balance & not stepping off of the circles in between jumps. Walk on the tape lines- arms up for balance & down for challenge. Walk forwards, backwards, tip-toes, heelto-toe touching. Walk across the beam in the hall!!
