The Student Union is the


social hub of Wright State student life. Raiders can be found working out in the fitness center, scaling the indoor climbing wall, & eating in the Union Market. The 200+ student organizations have offices here & host exciting events in the Atrium. Wright Cup & the Cyber Caf offer students a place to unwind after a day of classes. Access to helpful resources is never far away! Students can visit the GLBTQA Resource Room, Student Legal Services, Student Health Services, Career Services, and the bookstore. If students have questions for financial aid, registrar, or bursar, the Raider Connect staff is ready to answer them.. Undergraduate Admissions, International Admissions, and the School of Graduate Studies are also located here. Check out everything we have to offer!

Hamilton Hall is a Community Style Residential


Hall which offers double and triple rooms with shared restrooms and showers. Amenities: Fully furnished, cable included, fridge, microwave, air conditioning, computer labs, floor lounges, laundry, Wi-Fi and vending machines. *Access is limited to residents. Medical Sciences houses a large lecture hall


seating 430 students and newly renovated electronic classrooms. These classrooms offer teaching stations with computers, network cables for laptops, video projectors, and DVD players. Treatment Addictions Research and the Leukocyte Signaling Research Facility are located here.

University Hall houses University College, the


College of Nursing & Health, a mock hospital, nursing study area, and the Office of the President and Provost. The mock hospital has a METI Human Patient Simulator which allows nursing students to practice assessing patients, identify diseases, and respond to body failures such as cardiac arrest. First year students come to this building for academic advising. Administrative offices are also located here.

Turning Points is located outside University


Hall and is one of the most vibrant pieces of artwork on campus. Constructed by artist David Black and installed in 1999, it has served as a memorable landmark to guide students on campus.

Mathematical and Microbiological Sciences is home to the Mathematics and


Statistics departments, the Statistical Consulting Center, and the Center for Brain Research. Students fondly call this building the pig because of its architectural design.

Rike Hall houses the Nationally and Regionally


Accredited Raj Soin College of Business and Soin Trading Center. The trading center features an actual stock ticker tape, computer software programs from leading investment information providers like Bloomberg, Ibbotson and Baseline, and real-time coverage of financial markets from CNBC & CNN. Rike Hall also provides students with newly updated student lounges and electronic classrooms.

Allyn Hall houses the College of Education &


Human Services, the Educational Resource Center (ERC), and Air Force ROTC offices. The ERC allows education students to use classroom tools such as grade level textbooks and classroom management books. The Dayton Holocaust Resource Collection is also located here, and is open to all interested students. Connected to Allyn Hall is The Hanger, a popular dining facility which offers Taco Bell, Skyline Chili, Burger King, Pizza Hut, the Runway Deli, and the Famers Market Soup & Salad Bar. Stop in and grab a bite to eat!

Millett Hall houses the College of Liberal Arts,


the Bolinga Cultural Resource Center, the Womens Center, the Asian Hispanic & Native American program, and the University Honors department. Travel to the basement to see 8 computer labs that seat 20-25 students. These classrooms are equipped with computers, WiFi, projectors, document cameras, and PrintWright Printers.

The Founders Quad is a popular space for


students to gather in-between classes. Venders and student organizations host events such as Fall Fest, April Craze, and Relay for Life in this green space. The Quad is centered around the four original buildings on campus: Allyn, Oelman, Fawcett, and Millett.

Fawcett Hall houses the Physics, Psychology,


and Army ROTC departments. Many first year students will have chemistry, biology, and psychology labs in this building. A 1,400 square foot research greenhouse is located on the east side. It is equipped with vents, evaporative coolers, and a natural gas heater, all controlled by a computer system.

Oelman Hall houses the College of Science &


Mathematics, and Chemistry department. Brehm Laboratory is connected to Oelman and includes a teaching facility for the science teaching program, chemistry labs, and research facilities for Earth and Environmental Sciences.

Dunbar Library features the Caf


Wright group meeting space, Student Technology Assistance Center (STAC), and achieves of Wright Brothers artifacts and Dunbar Poetry. Quiet study space is available as you continue up the 4 floors. Bonus: The basement offers the Math Help Center, Writing Center, and 24 hour computer labs!

Creative Arts Center houses the


Department of Art and Art History, Theatre Arts, and Music. Students can be seen practicing for upcoming shows, dance, and music performances in one of the two recently renovated theatre and concert halls. Stop in to visit student art collections on display in the University Art Galleries.

Matthew O. Diggs Lab is an


energy efficient building registered under LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environment Design) and is the first lab in Ohio to receive this distinction. Students can complete research in the cutting edge labs. The Department of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology are found here.

Biological Sciences houses the


Department of Biological Sciences, Clinical Laboratory Science, Neuroscience, Cell Biology, and Physiology. Renovations to labs and offices has provided modern facilities for research and analysis.

Health Sciences houses the


School of Professional Psychology, Pharmacology, and Toxicology departments. Support from the Kettering Fund helped purchase new equipment for students and faculty to conduct research in molecular biology and genomic expression.

White Hall
houses 540 students in the Boonshoft School of Medicine. The school of medicine is a University System of Ohio Center of Excellence that contributes to groundbreaking biomedical research. The newly renovated building has anatomy labs, a high tech auditorium seating 125 people, and a student lounge equipped with computers.

Fritz and Dolores Russ Engineering Center houses the


College of Engineering and Joshi Research Center. Engineering students have access to programming/software design labs, microprocessor based system design labs, and undergraduate project labs.

Divisions artwork was located


outside the United Nations building in New York in 1988. The wood and twisted steel is arranged in 6 groups with Totalite et Infini translated into different languages: French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, Spanish, and English. The piece was designed to speak of societal division.

The Woods & Honors housing


communities features single, double, triple, or quad rooms. All students are eligible to live in the Woods. Honors community requires a 3.0 GPA and above and offers double rooms. Amenities: Fully furnished, suite style bathrooms, mini fridge, microwave, laundry, cable, floor lounges, secure hallways, vending machines, air conditioning, & WiFi. *All floors are co-ed.

College & University Park


apartment style housing is available for continuing WSU students or transfer students. Each apartment houses 4 people and mixed gender apartments are available upon request. Amenities: Fully furnished bedrooms, living & dining rooms, suite style bathrooms, kitchen w/ fridge, stove/oven & dishwasher, laundry, cable, utilities, WiFi, air conditioning, trash removal & parking.

Forrest Lane housing community


is available to continuing WSU students, or transfer students. The apartment style community features 2 bedrooms and can house 2 or 4 students. Amenities: Fully furnished, , living & dining rooms, kitchen w/ fridge stove/ oven & dishwasher laundry, suite style bathroom, utilities, WiFi, cable, trash removal & parking.

The Village housing community is


available Junior/Senior students, Graduate or Professional Students, or students with families or partners. Apartment layouts are 1 to 2 bedrooms, or efficiency. Amenities: Fully furnished bedrooms, living & dining rooms,, kitchen w/ fridge stove/oven & dishwasher, suite style bathroom, air conditioning, laundry, cable, WiFi, trash removal, parking & locked hallways.

Physicians Building is a new


addition to the Wright State campus. It offers family practitioners in a wide variety of disciplines available to students and community members. Medical students from the Boonshoft School of Medicine receive hands on training with leading doctors in the area.

Stezer Pavilion/ Mills Morgan Center is a state-of-theart training facility for our student athletes. The building features a full length basketball court, weight room, locker rooms, coaches offices, and a study lounge. Our student athletes have maintained an average 3.0 GPA for 27 consecutive quarters!

Rinzler Student Sports Complex is a new addition to


Wright State. It offers a synthetic turf for our Varsity Soccer Teams, and separate synthetic field for student recreation. Many club and intramural sports host their events here.

Nutter Center is the lively home


to Wright State Raiders Basketball Teams and other sports programs! Students receive 2 free tickets to every home game. An indoor track, fitness center, and classrooms are located here. The Nutter Center also hosts concerts and community events.
