DISC 212 Introduction to Management Science Spring 2014 Mid-Term Exam Instructions Please note the following instructions

s for the upcoming exam on Monday, March 03, 2014: 1. Sections 1 & 2 will begin their exam at 6:15pm. Sections 3 and 4 will start the exam at 8pm. Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the exam and get yourself settled in and ready to begin the exam at the appointed time. No extra time will be given if you are looking around for a functioning computer. 2. This will be a 90-minute, closed book, closed notes exam. You will not be allowed to borrow or share anything during the exam. Please bring your own calculator and any other stationery you might need to take the exam. Space will be provided on the question paper for any rough work or calculations on the side. Please do not bring a workbook or extra paper for rough work. 3. Cell phones or any other hand-held devices will not be allowed in the lab. If you bring one in, you will be required to place it at the front of the lab prior to the start of the exam and will only receive it when you are exiting the lab at the end of the exam. Please also note that you will not be allowed to leave the lab until the end of the exam. 4. Please do not access any application other than Excel during the exam. You may be asked at some point to access your email or LMS. Please note that the TAs proctoring the exam with me will have the authority to immediately cancel a students exam if these instructions are not followed.
