Methodology

Research methodology represents the strategies involved in collecting and analyzing data collected in order to have meaningful interpretation of the research findings. This section attempts to give an insight into the way and manner in which research was carried out. This includes the mode of data collection, how these data were analyzed and the research design. Necessary close questions were included and questionnaire was established to obtain the required information. Likert scale was used for taking the responses of the questions. Questionnaires which were filled by the banking employees were analyzed. The same responses given by different individuals were specially considered to develop the results. In this way, the interpretation and the results were established which are discussed in detail.
