restorecon -RFv /etc

is needed if the root user gets mail regarding the following

/usr/bin/updatedb: can not open `/etc/updatedb.conf': Permission denied

Keep checking the mail for root user after the installation of FREESWITCH Also check ifSELinux is disabled or not

Execute following commands once freeswitch is installed completely

export PATH=$PATH:/usr/local/freeswitch/bin/

it makes the path of cli to be used normally

the following command

give command freeswitch nc to run the freeswitch in daemon mode i.e. in background

fs_cli

takes us to the cli prompt of freeswitch
