INFORMATION
The Assistant City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the offended
party, accuses Roberto H. Manotoc of the crime of Simple seduction, committed as follows:
That on or about July 10, 2012 in the City of Cebu, Philippines, within the jurisdiction of
this honorable Court, the said accused willfully had sexual intercourse with Hannah L.
Raymundo, a minor, 16 years of age and of good standing, inside her room in her house while
her parents were still at work. Prior consent from her was secured through deceit when accused
promised to marry her.
