Nonlinear, arbitraryweight multiplexing of quadrature pairs of the binary signals
The operation of nonlinear multiplexing in the common trunk of two subcarriers modulated by the binarysignal pairs with
an arbitrary ratio between inphase and quadrature component powers. The equations are derived for the weights of useful
and combination terms in the nonlinear multiplex as well as energy loss and subcarrier waveform. The optimality criteria
accepted are energy loss minimum and weak output component maximum.

Optimal power allocation for multiuser relay network in fading channels
Power resource optimization of relay network with multiple access is considered. It is supposed that relay network
operates in wireless fading channels. Power allocation is based on maximization of minimal signal to noise ratio, minimization
of maximal transmit source power and maximization of aggregative capacity. Geometrical programming is used for
optimization problem solving Analysis of optimal power allocation is performed in the case of exact knowledge of channel
coefficients and in the case of knowledge of second order channel statistic.

Algorithm for estimating state parameters of dynamic objects in the frequency domain on the basis
of wavelets
Estimation of the state parameters of spacerocket objects in frequency domain is
considered. New algorithm for state parameters estimation is suggested. The algorithm is based
on wavelet smoothing of Fourier periodogram of a vibration signal obtained during tests. The
algorithm peculiarity is the possibility of its applying it in frequency domain without directly using
of discretetime samples of the signal. Results of comparison of the developed algorithm with
algorithmanalog on the basis of Fourier periodogram window smoothing in frequency domain
are given.
