: Meeting with MR. ERLITO PRADO, Local Finance Advisor, LGSP-LED relative to existing Local Revenue Code and Local Investment Incentive Code of the City.

This is in reference to a letter furnished the undersigned from the Program Director of the Local Governance Support Program for Local Economic Development relative to its program of extending technical assistance to selected LGUs in terms of assessing the latters existing Local Revenue Code (LRC) and Local Investment Incentive Code (LIIC). In this connection, MR. ERLITO PRADO, Local Finance Advisor of LGSP-LED will be visiting the City on 14 March 2014 to interface with the above-mentioned city officials to assess and discuss the citys existing LRC and LIIC. The assessment aims to identify possible gaps and aims to harmonize the LRC and the LIIC in order to provide a policy environment conducive for promotion of local economic development. Accordingly, you are hereby directed to attend the said meeting on 14 March 2014 (Friday) at the Conference Room, at exactly 10:00 A.M. Kindly prepare all the documents necessary and related to the subject mentioned in the immediately preceding paragraph. A copy of the communication is herein attached for your ready reference.
