Where should my call center go?

Where? We will be expanding the Denver, CO call center. The expansion will take place in the fall of 2014!

Why?

We already have a great base in Denver Easy to expand Denver is a beautiful, busy city Cheaper

Benefits & Influences?

Wont have to do a lot of construction, since we already have a good base The 130 employees will most likely already know English Faster & more efficient with everyone in the same general area Majority of our business comes from the USA

Problems?

We might not get as much business from overseas Its possible we might even lose some business from India
