    This report discusses a seismic line that images an unconformity over a structural crest and various geological horizons. It notes a possible "bright spot" within the Tarapur Formation that occurs at the same seismic horizon as the top of parasequence 2. This feature could be mapped with reasonable certainty. This feature occurs at the same seismic horizon as the top of parasequence 2 (refer to Figure . ! an" can be mappe" with reasonable certaint#. $lso note the up-"ip pinch-out (%%& "irection! onto the structural high. 'i(en the shale-"ominate" nature of the Tarapur Formation as a whole) there is a significant possibilit# of effecti(e intraformational sealing of such potential stratigraphic traps.
