LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE Penn State THON - Student run philanthropy supporting pediatric cancer research Special Events Project Manager (September 2012-August 2013) Conceived, marketed, and directed the THON Family Carnival comprised of over 500 volunteers and over 100 participating families. THON Chairsperson (Penn State Irish Society) (May 2011-May 2013) Organized and managed all THON related events including canning weekends, fundraisers, and meetings/outings with the club paired Four Diamonds Fund family. Initiated club efforts that raised over $22,000 for THON on behalf of the Penn State Irish Society.
