I have had the pleasure of working with Heidi over the past few years and her dedication to this company has been beyond expectation. As an individual she brings about a bubbly personality that adds to the workplace, a friendly demeanor, a can do attitude, and a strong work ethic. When tasked with duties she completed them in a timely manner and when given little to no instruction she found a way to accomplish these tasks whatever the obstacles were. She is great with difficult and friendly customers and can handle many different tasks on a computer including anything Microsoft office related. She has even been known to fix almost every piece piece of equipment in our office that tends to go on a temper tantrum. If my company were not changing ownerships I would not write this letter as I would keep her onboard hands down. If I were you I would put the other applications away, you have found your new recruit.
