    TheGeneralAssemblyandSecurityCouncil, RealizingtheunsuccessfulattemptsoftheUNplacingsanctionsonNorthKoreainattempttoterminate theirnuclearprogram, UnderstandingthepastfewresolutionsthathavefailedtopreventNorthKoreasnucleardevelopment showsthattheyneedtobeaddressedfurthertocontinuouslyattempttopreventthenuclearprogram, ConsideringNorthKoreasrebelliouswaysencouragesdifferentattemptsoftheresolutiontoterminate thenuclearprogrambeingrunbyNorthKorea,onlygivingtheUNmoremotivationandattemptsatthe resolution, StressingthefactthattheUNhasfailedtocreatearesolutionpreventingthenuclearprogramSyria encouragestheUNtotakeintoconsideration, 1.EncouragestheSecurityCouncilandGeneralAssemblytobeopenmindedaboutcontinuingtoallow NorthKoreatodevelopandproducenuclearpower 2.NotingthestrongerpowerNorthKoreawillhaveandtheopportunitytheywillhavewhilecreating nuclearweaponsofmassdestruction,theywillbeheldtotheirexpectationsofkeepingprofessional bondswiththeUN: (a)Apeacetreatyofferbetweenallthenations,especiallybetweenNorthKoreaandthe UnitedStates 3.AcknowledgingNorthKoreawillbecautionediftheybreakthebondswiththeUNandkeeptheir nuclearweaponswewillimposeaneconomicblockadeinprecautionoftheUN
    (a)WitheconomicblockadetowardsNorthKoreatokeepthemfromtradingproductssuchas itemsandsubstancesusedfornuclearpowerwithothercountries (b)WithencouragementfromcountriesthatarealliedwithNorthKoreacanhelpNorthKorea safelyandcontrollablydevelopandproducenuclearpower.

    4.NorthKoreaasasovereignnationshouldbeallowedtokeeptheirnuclearpowerandwecannottakeit awayfromthem 5.AseverysovereignnationhastherighttocontroltheircountyastheywishNorthKoreashouldbe allowedtokeeptheirweaponsasthatisthewaythattheyarecontrollingtheircountry 6.Requestingthatalloftheabovematerialtobefollowedtoandcompletedwithin(50)daysofthis resolutiongettingpassed 7.ConfirmingNorthKoreawillhaveahigherpoweramongsmallercountrieswithoutnuclearpower acceptsthatthecountriesopposedtothiswillnotbepartofthepeacetreatybetweentheUNandNorth Korea 8.KnowingisNorthKorearefusestofollowanypeacetreatytoanycountryinvolvedandabusesthe privilegesoftheresolution,theUNwillimposeaneconomicblockadetowardsNorthKoreatoprevent NorthKoreafromtradingwithothercountriesandbringinmilitarypowertoforciblyremoveNorth Koreasnuclearprogram.
