Radiographic Description This X ray demonstrates a, multilocular, well corticated radiolucent lesion with fine flakes of calcification, with a well defined radio-opaque smooth cortical border. Above the roots of teeth #14 and #10, a spherical shaped lesion is seen extending superiorly towards the maxillary antrum. The roots of #12 are resorbed severely, while for roots of #13 and 14 there is a slight resorption. The roots of 10, 12 and 13 are distally displaced due to the lesions that surrounds #11. The areas of non-cortication are distal to the nasal septum and superior the roots of #12-14.
