Any nursing home or assisted living facility caring for the elderly needs responsible and dependable employees. I not only enjoy working with the elderly I personally find them a joy to be around, but I realize what an important job elder care is. The elderly need a safe environment free from any harm as well as a place with a friendly safe where children can feel safe leaving their parents and a place the elderly will feel comfortable being. Children need to feel confident that CNAs and other health care workers will provide a safe environment free from abuse, the medical care their parent needs that they themselves cannot provide, and social opportunities for their parent or parents.
