! Ecuavolley is Spanish for volleyball. The ball is a little bigger than the USAs ball, and heavier. In 1996 ecuavolley became an Olympic sport. The name of the ball is the Medicine ball. Even though this is not the most popular sport they have a championship. Instead of hitting the ball back and forth they catch the ball and throw it back to the other team. You can have as many people as you want, but each team you play needs to have the same amount of people. "

Even though Ecuavolley is not the most popular sport - it is fun.

Ecuador has almost 30 national parks that cover 17% of Ecuadors land. National Parks are a really fun place to be with family and enjoy nature. There are over 150 types of plants and animals, but they are not protected from poachers. Yasuni has record of types of amphibians, snakes, and crocodiles. The National Parks do not just have plants and animals, but they also have volcanos!!
