    This document requires all franchisees (FANs) of India Infoline including sub-brokers and authorized persons to submit a yearly Compliance Report/Certification for the financial year ending March 31st that is verified by a practicing Chartered Accountant. The Compliance Report/Certification for FY 2012-13 must be submitted by August 31st, 2013 along with any necessary supporting documents. Failure to submit the report/certification on time or submitting an incomplete/inadequate report could result in withholding of franchise payments and employee salaries as well as other disciplinary actions. FANs must also continue to comply with regulator/India Infoline policies despite any submissions.
