Field Layout: AGENDA: Introduction: Re-Introduce Dribbling/Passing to class (2 min) o Kissing the ball o Using the inside/outside of your foot o Soft Touch/Tapping o Keep your eyes up Go over Modified Rules and Layout of the Game (Soccer-Skilled Baseball) (3 min) o 4 Team Captains (1 for each team) o 4 Teams 1vs2 (field 1) 3vs4 (field 2) o Each player from team must go at bat (Punt) before switching sides. o Punt order: boy, girl, boy, girl, etc.

Activity: Assign Team Captains for 4 Teams Split teams up evenly boy and girls Send Teams 1&2 to field 1. Send Teams 3&4 to field 2 One Team will Take Outfield while the other team will be up to bat (Punt) Kicker Rules

o There will be two soccer balls set up at home plate (Hula hoop 1) and the hitter (kicker) will then punt the ball as far as possible. o After 1 ball has been punted the kicker then has to dribble the 2nd ball through the cones around many bases before the outfielders can return the ball to their baseman. o The kicker must stop their soccer ball in the hula hoop with their foot on it in order to be considered safe. Outfield Rules o The outfield has to retrieve the ball without using their hands and then kick it to their infield and stop the ball in the hoop before the kicker stops their ball in the hoop. o IF outfield uses their hands, than the kicker gets to walk a base. o FEET ONLY, NO HEADERS ALLOWED. Closing: Talk to students, evaluate what they learned, reassured they enjoyed themselves. (1 minute) OBJECTIVES/TEKS: Psychomotor- Students will play Soccer-Skilled Baseball with the correct skills learned from the previous teaches beforehand. Cognitive- Students will demonstrate the correct way to dribble the ball and successfully pass it to their teammates.
