OC COMMUNICATIONS GLOBAL VILLAGE

This people will be responsible to manage an engagement plan for deliver all the Global Village communications event.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Receive training and directions of OCP; 2. Define with OCP the measures of the area; 3. Create an operational plan with the team and follow it; 4. Guarantee an effective communication of the event; 5. Promote the event (Physically and virtual); 6. Create a virtual engagement strategy; 7. Elaborate a Satisfaction research; 8. Participate at least one week meeting with OC Team.

M EASURABLE RESULTS EXPECTED FROM THE TEAM LEADER:


High Performance. High quality membership; # Students presents in the event; # Students engaged in ELD programs (membership and exchange); # Countries exposed; % Satisfaction evaluation (in the end of event); % of LC impact in social networks; % of enrolled present.

PREPARATION REQUIRED FROM THE TEAM MEMBER BEFORE START THE ROLE:
Knows something about Project Management; Knows about work in team; Knows about the Brand XP.
