Batura Ingredients: (To Make 6-8) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

All Purpose Flour (Maida) -- 2 cups Plain Yogurt -- 2 1/2 tbsp Salt to taste. A Pinch of baking soda. Sugar -- 1 tsp Oil for deep frying

Method: 1. Make a dough with the above ingredients (Can add water to make the dough). Al low it to ferment for 8 hours. In winter, you may have to make the dough with l ukewarm water. 2. Shape into round balls and roll it. 3.Deep fry in oil.
