Pro&it Centers were created to enable the management to generate pro&it and loss analysis &or each prod#ct division o& all the plants. %hirteen Pro&it Centers have been Created. Cost Centers : Cost centers were de&ined to capt#re the cost o& all prod#ct division &or each plant. For each prod#ct division in a plant two prod#ction cost centers and two Administration cost center is de&ined.
