HP-MPI LICENSE TERMS HP-MPI is included with this release of Abaqus software.

HP-MPI is an implementa tion from Hewlett-Packard Company ("HP") of the Message Passing Interface standa rd that may be used for parallel execution of Abaqus/Standard and Abaqus/Explici t. HP-MPI is the property of HP and is not an Abaqus Program. Under a license fr om HP to Dassault Systmes Simulia Corp. , HP-MPI is made available to licensed Ab aqus users at no additional charge. You are a licensed Abaqus user if you are authorized to use Abaqus software unde r a software license agreement between Dassault Systmes or its subsidiary and the business, governmental or academic entity with which you are associated. If you are a licensed Abaqus user, you may obtain HP-MPI under a license directly from HP, or you may proceed as described in the Installation Instructions for Abaqus Programs without entering into a separate license with HP. If you choose to ins tall HP-MPI as made available by Dassault Systmes or its subsidiary, use and repr oduction of HP-MPI by your business, governmental, or academic entity will be su bject to the same restrictions as are in the license agreement with your busines s, governmental or academic entity that govern the use of Abaqus software and wi ll be terminable by Dassault Systmes or its subsidiary on the same conditions as are in the Abaqus software license agreement. However, HP-MPI is NOT an Abaqus P rogram and is NOT warranted or supported by Dassault Systmes or its subsidiaries. Without limiting the foregoing: HP-MPI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. DASSAULT SYSTMES, ITS SUBSID IARIES, AND HP SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OR OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS F OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
