It gives great advice on becoming a coach and what you can do to have to best opportunity. It says to start as an assistant and work your way up to head coach. This is helpful because it gives so much input and it also displays a table that lays out the main requirements for becoming a basketball coach.

He said that a Coach should utilize to enhance the quality of their players' practices. These

strategies consisted of practicing quality coaching, communication, practicing at game speed, and giving positive reinforcement when players do things right. This source is helpful because it explains a coachs responsibilities and that is what one of my main focuses is on for my paper.

The source states specifically what degree is needed to coach at certain levels. Such as for college you need a degree in physical education, kinesiology, or sport science. In high school you much hold a teaching licenses. This source is helpful because I need information about all levels of basketball and this explains all.
