Bilton: However, with technology you have some benefits and some negatives, the latter being that there is a new way to bully kids and it does make it more difficult. Just because they take the childs phone does not mean the bully will face them in other ways. In a lot of circumstances, a bully has been bullied, whether its by others peers or in parenting styles (Bilton).

Licata: Society has to teach people the consequences that their behavior has on an innocent person. The bullys parents are also guilty of not being aware of what their children are doing. You might be working two jobs, but you still need to be available to your children (Cullotta).
