The different functioning configurations of R150N automatic filling unit with integrated by-pass depend on BP stop valve position
on by-pass pipe and obviously on downstream pressure:
When the system is empty the pressure regulator with
balanced seat allows the water to enter from the supply
line and BP stop valve on by-pass pipe must be open, in
order to increase the flow during the load time.

When downstream pressure is near to the arranged level

it is necessary to close BP stop valve on by-pass pipe; in
this way, the water passage through the pressure regulator
with balanced seat is limited.

When downstream pressure reaches the arranged level the

pressure regulator with balanced seat is completely closed,
until it is necessary to reintegrate the quantity of water
drained from the system during the washing or the simple
maintenance.
