Technology Survey response

For technology our task was to complete a survey. I sent 19 people my survey to ask what they liked in a tom yum chicken soup. The outcome I wanted to get form this survey was to help me with the dish I wanted to create which follows my criteria for sues and also to see the results throughout different ages.

Question 1: How old are you? This is my first question of my survey. The results showed that 18 people (approximately 95%) where between the ages 10-20 and 1 person (approximately 5%) is 40+. The purpose of this question was to see the result of the age range.

Question 2: the second question I asked in my survey is what gender are you? The outcome was that 17 people (approximately 90%) where girls and that 2 people (approximately 10%) were boys. The purpose of this question was to see the gender of people who took my survey.

Question 3: which piece of the chicken do you prefer? This is my third question I asked in my survey. The result showed that 8 people (approximately 42%) preferred breast, 6 people (approximately 32%) preferred thigh, 2 people (approximately 10%) preferred drumstick and 3 people (approximately 16%) prefer wing. The purpose of this question was to see which piece of chicken was preferred throughout the age range and gender to cook in my dish.

Question 4: the fourth question I asked in my survey is how you would prefer your chicken would be cooked. 5 people (approximately 28%) preferred there chicken to be baked, 8 people (approximately 44%) like it grilled and 5 people (approximately 28%) prefer it fried. The purpose of this question was to help me to see the outcome on which way to cook the chicken.

Question 5: how would you prefer your chicken to be sliced? This is my fifth question I asked in my survey. 15 people (approximately 84%) preferred there chicken to be thinly thick slices and 3 people (approximately 17%) like it thinly small. The purpose was to see how to slice my chicken and the way chicken is presented.

Question 6: The six question of my survey was what vegetables would you like in your soup. 12 people (approximately 63%) like tomato in there dish, 9 people (approximately 47%) prefer chilli, as well as 9 (approximately 47%) people like lemongrass and 16 people (approximately 84%) prefer their dish with garlic.The purpose of this question was to see what sort of veggies I should put in my soup to satisfy throughout the age range and gender.

Question 7: Would you like mushrooms in you soup? This is my seventh question I asked in my survey. 10 people (approximate 53%) said yes and 9 people (approximately 47%) said no. The purpose of this question was to see if I should add mushrooms in my soup.

Question 8: the eight question of my survey is would you prefer the dish to have rice on the side? 15 people (approximately 79%) said yes and 4 people (approximately 21%) said no. The purpose of this survey was to see if they wanted a side dish with their meal.

Question 9: If so would you like the rice to have soy sauce on the side? This is my ninth question I asked in my survey. 12 people (approximately 63%) said yes and 7 people (approximately 37%) said north purpose of this question was to see if they liked sober sauce with their rice on the side for more flavour.

Question 10: the tenth question of my survey is how would you like the presentation to look....? The result showed that 9 people (approximately 47%) wanted modern, as well as 9 people (approximately 47%) like Thai design and 1 person (approximately 6%) like an antic design. The purpose of this dish is to help me with the presentation

Question 11: Would you like the presentation to be....? This is my eleventh question I asked in my survey. The result showed that 4 people (approximately 21%) wanted it plan and clean but on the other hand 15 people (approximately 79%) wanted the presentation to be colourful and creative. The purpose of this dish is to help me with the presentation

Question 12: The twelve question of my survey is would you like garnish in the soup. The result showed that 13 people (approximately 68%) said yes but 6 people (approximately 32%) said north purpose of this question is to see if they wanted garnish on their dish and also for more colour in the dish.

Question 13: If so what garnish? This is my thirteenth question I asked in my survey. The outcome showed that 4 people (approximately 22%) like coriander, 5 people (approximately 26%) like basil, 5 people (approximately 26%) like both and 5 people (approximately 26%) like neither. The purpose of this question was ego see what type of garnished they preferred in the soup.

Question 14: The fourteenth question is asked in my survey was would you prefer you dish to be.creamy/spicy. The result showed that 12 people (approximately 63%) liked it creamy and 7 people (approximately 37%) like it spicy. The purpose of this question was to see if I should add coconut milk or leave it hot.

Question 15: How hot would do you prefer your soup? This is my fifteenth question I asked in my survey. The outcome showed that majority of the people preferred 3 and 5 stars. The purpose of this question was to see the heat of the soup mild, medium or hot.
