    Sir, I would like to inform you that, I am student of North South University, holding ID# 092 0398 030. Unfortunately, I was unable to pay my last, summer 2013 semester fee due date to some personal issue. But now, it has been resolved and I am able to pay my dues. I, therefore, hope that you will be kind enough to grant me the permission to pay my dues and continue this semester by letting me advice again.
