REVISED ELECTRICITY TARIFF APRIL 2013

The following Electricity Tariffs have been approved by the Public Utility Commission of Sri Lanka and applicable with effect from 20th April 2013. Increasing Block Tariff Structure is applicable for Domestic (D-1) and Religious (R-1) tariff categories. Domestic (D-1) If Consumption is between 0-60 kWh per month the following tariffs will be applicable. *Schools, Hospitals, Vocational Training Institutions and Universities included which are fully owned by the Government, funded through the national budget and providing services free of charge to the general public. Hospitals and schools will be exempted from the fuel adjustment charge.
