Dear Ms. Marling:

As requested by the Northeast Campus Health Department, our team has performed an analysis
of the current health department brochure and prepared an annual report. The report contains
details about the current state and future designs of the brochure, reaching a broader audience
within the student body. Through analysis of the current state and future design, we were able to
identify the keys success factors and challenges Northeast Campus Health Department will face.

The key success factors and challenges for North East Campus Health Department were created
with the consideration of the following criteria:

The current state of the brochure.
The future prospects of the brochure.
A summary of department, industry, and informative information.
Developed Annual Report of Health Department
Key strategic issues the department is facing when reaching students.

Primary research consisted of interviews with 5 Tarrant County College, Northeast Campus
students and faculty members. Secondary research sources included feedback from surveys and
online resources. Results of this research discussed more fully in this report, indicate that North
East Campus Health Services department needs scholarly assistance in reaching a broader
audience of students, directing them towards the health department.
