I believe in effective classroom management

I believe students have the rights to learn. They have a right to be an educated citizen. All
students are capable of learning. Students learn in different ways with different multiple
intelligences that they are strong at. My goal as a future teacher is to provide the best education
for these students to reach their full potential. For students to be able to learn, they will need a
classroom that has good classroom management. lassroom management is the foundation for
an effective and productive learning environment for students. I believe in ma!ing a classroom
that has a positive relationship between the students and the teacher. This will ma!e students feel
safe and comfortable for a better learning e"perience throughout the year. I believe in an active
learning environment where students will be able to e"press themselves and provide feedbac!s
for future references. I believe students learn best with an effective classroom management. I

I believe in motivating students
I believe in fully engaging students in the learning process as we go through the lessons. I
believe that when motivated students are fully engage, they will not only retain the information
provided, but also go beyond what is there to learn from the lesson. They will as! #uestions or do
research on their own to be able to obtain the more information about a lesson. I believe in
giving confidence to students to ta!e the responsibility of their own learning or education. I will
use intrinsic motivation to stimulate students to learn. $ot only I will use intrinsic motivation,
but I will also use e"trinsic motivation to stimulate the minds of the students. I believe in
motivating students.
I believe our children are our future
I believe that each and every one of these students has the potential to learn. All students have
something uni#ue or special to bring to this world. They are individuals that are capable of doing
the %ob right. As a future teacher, I believe on developing students to their full potential. I believe
I can inspire students in believing that they are capable of learning. I will help these students
develop to their full potential by assisting them in discovering who they are. &nowing who you
are will help have a pathway to follow to become a successful professional in that career. I
believe in assisting the children in creating and e"pressing their own opinions and ideas. I
believe that our children are our future.
